In Montreal, his agency, Zeidler Architecture, designed the Bell Media tower downtown.

According to his firm, he drew the plans for more than 1000 buildings.

In a press release, the agency said it had designed the Eaton Center as “an interior street” and not as a simple shopping center.

“Eb combined a great technical skill with a humanistic sensibility,” the statement added. His work sought a balance between the practical forms and the emotional aspirations of the people who would occupy these spaces. ”

He had published an autobiography Buildings Cities Life, in 2013.
