(Toronto) Canada Goose posted a fourth-quarter net loss of 9.1 million on Thursday, which compared with a profit of 2.5 million for the same period a year earlier.

The luxury parkas maker said its loss per share was 9 cents for the quarter ended April 3, compared with earnings per share of 2 cents a year earlier.
Quarterly revenue was 223.1 million, compared to 208.8 million in the previous fourth quarter.
Excluding extraordinary items, Canada Goose posted adjusted earnings per share of 4 cents per share for its most recent quarter, down from 1 cent per share a year earlier.
In its first-quarter outlook, the company said it expects revenue of $60 million to $65 million and an adjusted loss of between 60 cents and 64 cents per share.
For the full fiscal year 2023, Canada Goose calculates that its revenue should be between $1.3 billion and $1.4 billion, while its adjusted profit should be between $1.60 and $1.90. $ per share.
