(Montreal) CF Montreal players will be back at work on January 10 for the start of the team’s training camp.
The camp will stretch over a month and will include two stays in Florida. The club are due to start their preparation early in 2022 due to their participation in the knockout stages of the Champions League in February.
The team will spend four days in Montreal for physical tests and training sessions, then travel to Orlando, January 13-23.
The group will return to train in Montreal from January 24 to February 2, before returning to Florida from February 3 to 13 in Fort Lauderdale, at the facilities of Inter Miami CF.
CF will play its first match of the year on February 15 against Santos Laguna (the first leg of the knockout stages of the Champions League). The duel will take place in Torreon, Mexico.
The second leg will be presented at the Olympic Stadium in Montreal on February 22.
CF Montreal will kick off the 2022 MLS season on February 27 in Florida, against Orlando City.
