“I’m not sure how this virus got to me,” he explained, assuring that he felt “no symptoms”.

As a precaution, he did not attend a dinner with other leaders on Monday evening, he detailed.

Because of his positive test, he will not be able to meet French Presidents Emmanuel Macron and Chinese President Xi Jinping in Bangkok, on the sidelines of the Apec summit, where he had been invited.
