Christophe Dechavanne comes out of silence. For several weeks, the former star host of TF1, now a permanent guest of What era
on France 2, faces accusations of virulent behavior, made by twelve former collaborators from Coyote and elsewhere. This Saturday February 24, 2024, the host also had the unfortunate surprise of discovering on the set of Facing Hanouna
his former partner Nès, who introduced herself as his ex-fiancée. Elements of language matched to heavy charges which the host firmly contested, through his daughters Ninon and Pauline Dechavanne initially, and since the set of Daily this Friday March 1, 2024.
Indeed, if Nès claims to have been engaged to Christophe Dechavanne and to have had a long love affair, Christophe Dechavanne and his daughters give a contrary statement, and assure that their relationship lasted approximately two months : “Eight to ten weeks” thus reaffirmed the person concerned in front of Yann Barthès. But the 66-year-old host couldn’t help but have a word for Cyril Hanouna, to whom he sent a long SMS that he wants to keep secret, but in which he wanted to remind him of some truths on their thirty-year-old relationship, since the two men met on the Comedy channel! at the end of the 90s.
“He did something revolutionary”
For Christophe Dechavanne, the point of no return
with the one who produced it in the failed relaunch ofAPOAL on C8 has been reached: “I wrote a long text where I said what I think to Cyril Hanouna, because the switch is made“. The former leading face of TF1, where he hosted numerous games such as The Wall, Wish List: The list of your desires, A golden family, The extra-ordinaries or The wheel of fortuneeven allowed himself a little slip-up: “I congratulated him in my text because he had just done something revolutionary, never seen on TV. He, a famous host, invited a stranger who stayed (…) ten weeks with a man, on television, without any contradiction, rolling out a carpet that is not red in color, .”
A priori, no complaint filed against Dechavanne
And to conclude, more furious than ever: “If I wasn’t so angry, it would make me laugh.”. For now, as he was keen to point out during his interview and rightly so, Christophe Dechavanne is not targeted by any complaint. The twelve collaborators who accuse him of inappropriate, insulting and cyclothymic behavior have in no way asserted their rights in court, and his declared ex-fiancée Nès has obviously not filed a complaint. The matter is surely far from being determined; Will Christophe Dechavanne attack his ex? sued for “public defamation”? Will it also turn against production of Do not touch My TV ? The field of possibilities is open.
