Businesses: faced with inflation, some bosses are increasing wages

The sky is clearing up after three months of negotiations for the employees of Amazon France logistics. Four out of five trade unions have just signed an agreement with management for an average wage increase of 7.8% this year. This also includes the value-sharing bonus, the former Macron bonus of 1,000 euros. Strike for better pay

Before this agreement, the unions maintained the pressure as in the Somme, where some strikers blocked their warehouse for better wage conditions. “We have employees who are increasingly impoverished, people are fed up“, affirmed Fabien Cavillon, CGT delegate.
