Reservations are linked for the All Saints holidays. This is the case for example at Antibes (Alpes-Maritimes) and in the Hautes-Pyrénées.

For All Saints’ Day, reservations by sea, in town, in the countryside or in the mountains are accelerating. According to Logis Hôtels, a giant in the hotel industry, they have indeed jumped by 75% compared to last year.er and by 15% compared to 2019, i.e. before the Covid-19 epidemic. In an upscale hotel in Antibes (Alpes-Maritimes), the manager is delighted: holidaymakers will arrive in a few days, and in numbers. “We are at 70% occupancy for the first weekend of the holidays, it is very positive“, rejoices Stéphane Vuillaume, general manager of the hotel Belles Rives.

This fall, many regions are expected to refuel. Thus, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes is at the top of reservations for gites. Brittany and Occitania follow. In addition, this year, the mountain attracts many visitors, as in Cauterets (Hautes-Pyrénées). Some even come from far away, such as a couple of Americans returning after a year and a half of the pandemic. “If the weather continues to be fine and we can get closer by car, we will go for a little hike at Col du Soulor“, entrusts the American tourist.
