A teenager is accused of killing two young people when she was only 15 years old: one whose body was found in a field in Montérégie in April, and another murdered in the suburbs of Toronto a few days later.

The Sûreté du Québec believes it has succeeded in solving the murder of a 16-year-old teenager, found lifeless in Saint-Zotique last spring. Investigators initially had difficulty identifying the victim, particularly due to his numerous injuries.
The previous night, a surveillance camera reportedly captured an SUV entering and exiting farmland quickly, presumably to dispose of the young man’s body, we then learned.
A publication ban prevents us from identifying the young person.
The one who lived in Prévost in the Laurentians had been missing since the end of March. He was last seen alive in a Montreal metro station three weeks before his body was discovered.
Serious accusations
After a long investigation, investigators finally put handcuffs on the wrist of a suspect: she is a teenager aged just 16 years old. She was recently charged with first degree murder in the Youth Division of the Salaberry-de-Valleyfield courthouse.
The Mississauga, Ont., resident is also charged with accessory after the fact within 10 days of the murder, in Ajax and other cities across the province.
A request could be made to have the accused subject to an adult sentence.

According to our information, the accused is currently detained in Ontario, where she faces… another murder charge.
The victim in this case, Zackhry Ramnath, would be a friend of the young person found in Saint-Zotique.
The body of the young man from Montreal was found along a trail about fifty kilometers north of Toronto on April 23, only six days after that of the first victim. A citizen made the macabre discovery while walking his dog.
The 16-year-old was arrested in June by York Regional Police. A 19-year-old young man was also charged in connection with this case.
The woman accused of two murders was only 15 years old at the time of the crimes.
She returns to court in the coming weeks.
