If they are one of the most famous and popular French groups today, Big Flo and Oli have also struggled a bit to gain notoriety. Despite their talent, the two brothers from Toulouse had to circumvent a few obstacles, even if it meant circumventing certain rules. Invited to talk about their news but also about their debut in “En aparté” on Canal +, the two artists recalled that they had started by rubbing shoulders with rap battles. “It’s something that marked our generation. In our time, it was the rendezvous. Everyone knew what was going on there, explains Bigflo, and to continue: “a large part of the current rap scene also comes from there: Nekfeu, Alpha Wanne, Jazzy Bazz…” But at the time a major problem arose. “We were too young to do it, I was 14. We had a little thwarted the rules of the competition“, specifies Oli in the program which will be broadcast this Wednesday, September 28 on the encrypted channel.
Bigflo and Oli, new jurors in the next season of “The Voice”
Consecration for Bigflo and Oli, the Toulousains will be part of the next season of “The Voice” on TF1. To complete its team of coaches, the first channel hires the two Toulouse rappers who returned in 2022 with a fourth album entitled “Les Autres c’est nous”. Florian and Olivio Ordonez will in fact form only one juror, seated in an armchair which will therefore be larger. The two rappers are familiar with the concept of the show for having already participated in the Belgian version of “The Voice”. During this new vintage, they will face Amel Bent, Zazie, and Vianney.
