Bernard de la Villardière evokes the worries in his couple

With his “Exclusive Investigation” meeting, which he has hosted since 2005, Bernard de la Villardière has had to endure a lot of controversy of all kinds in recent times. Not enough to defeat this 63-year-old media man who over the years has been able to build up a shell and continue to chart his course.

Guest of Jordan de Luxe on Télé Loisirs, the host of M6 agreed to confide as rarely, going so far as to mention his physique. “For a very long time I thought I wasn’t cut out for TV. I thought I didn’t have a consensual physique”he conceded.

This CELSA graduate and holder of a master’s degree in political science also confided in his wife Anne de Savignac, mother of his four children. “We got married in 1984, so it’s going to be 38 years“, he first said. And in terms of knowing if everything was rosy within the couple, Bernard de la Villardière played the card of transparency. Oh, like everyone else, there were mishaps… But we had the wisdom to overcome them“.

During the same interview, Bernard de La Villardière also confided bluntly about his desire to stop “Exclusive investigation” to take more time for him and also preserve his health. “I’m thinking of the end of Enquête Exclusive, I often think of stopping M6, in 3-4 years I’m going to stop, it’s tiring work, and you also have to know how to leave room for young people, I I have other desires, I want to achieve. When Enquête Exclusive will stop, it will be a shock but voila! We have to integrate it!
