At the La Palme d’Or restaurant at the Martinez hotel, the Cannes Film Festival is always a key moment of the year. Brut followed the starred chef Christian Sinicropi in his kitchens.

“We receive the president of the jury and the jury the day before the Festival. We make a tailor-made menu, a special collection according to the cinematographic identity of the President of the Jury”explains the chef.

“There is a changing rhythm, a changing dimension. It’s a bit like a chameleon. But what is important is that we remain hoteliers and restaurateurs.”

On the occasion of the 2022 Cannes Film Festival, chef Christian Sinicropi wanted to thank his team.

“Yesterday I was thinking about my teams and I said to myself that I was lucky. I would like to say thank you for their support, for this energy…”

“We don’t highlight it enough. We consider this to be normal. But this energy is something that really sticks with me”, confides the starred chef.
