Authenticity and homemade at the Haute Plante rotisserie in Pau

On August 26, Pierre Lefebvre inaugurated the Rôtisserie Haute Plante at 10 rue de Liège in Pau. He offers authentic and homemade flavors, all with a smile.

Local products cooked on site.

Whether it’s Label Rouge du Gers chicken or pork from Ferme Bret de Lasclaveries, all the products offered in the rotisserie are homemade.

From traditional roast chicken, to braised chicken, through pork loin, or desserts, there is something for everyone.

And so as not to spoil the chickens that have not found a buyer, they are offered in an anti-waste offer the next day.

In search of authenticity

The authenticity that we discover within the rotisserie is also reflected in its name, La Haute Plante. Pierre Lefebvre, a real child of the neighborhood, wanted to pay tribute to the former name of Place Verdun.

The Haute Plante rotisserie is open from Tuesday to Sunday.
