Comedian Austin Butler (Elvis, Once Upon A Time… In Hollywood) and actress Florence Pugh (Black Widow, Little Women) are both tipped to star in the sequel to Dunes. Butler would negotiate for the role of Feyd-Rauthaaux. This is the specialized site Deadline who released this news exclusively on Thursday.

The two performers would join an already impressive list of stars, with the Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya and Josh Brolin who will once again be part of the distribution in the second part.
Remember that the filming of Dunes 2, directed by Quebecer Denis Villeneuve, is due to debut this fall. For a release in 2023. Until then, Dunesfirst part, is nominated 10 times at the next Oscars Evening which will take place on March 27.
