What’s interesting is when the youngster has found his sport and from there, he doesn’t give us any more news. Because if he gives us more news, it’s because he’s perfectly integrated into his section.

The specificities of the Sport Avenir Jeunesse center
The principle of action is education through sport. Allow everyone to come and practice and use sport as an educational tool, with a rhythm of life around it, whether on physical, mental and emotional construction.

The functioning of the pole
The center accompanies many young people on access to common rights. For example, how to keep a budget that is sometimes very tight… The point is to be able to teach them to grow and manage on their own.
The center can also help parents who want to find work, they are put in contact with the actors of integration into employment.
Actions are carried out at the foot of the towers to make the practice accessible and then bring the children to the club, to the ASM or elsewhere. The goal is for the children to practice physical activity and sport.
Competition is important, in my opinion, when it is important for the youngster.
Competition is also a dream, it is also an integral part of sporting activity. But what is especially interesting is when the youngster has found his sport and is perfectly integrated into his section, when he has found his place, when he has made friends, when he is a bit open to something other than what he was used to seeing.
110 years of ASM as seen by Tiphaine Le Coarer
So I haven’t been here for 110 years! I have been at the club for 5 years, 6 years counting the year of alternation. I’ve always had that dynamic. This dynamic of wanting _make the club accessible, to make the practices accessible on the 15 sections and above all, to be able to benefit a certain number of children, young people in the long term_. There is also a financial cost that must be taken into consideration and all of the follow-up that can be had.
