Are you paying too much rent?

The key figure : 14 million households rent an apartment in France

Until now, no rent indicator covered the entire national territory with a transparent methodology. To meet a more than growing need, the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion has put an interactive map online allowing professionals in the sector, but also tenants, to have an estimate of rents in each municipality of France. A good way for households to compare rental prices to find the most attractive offer!

Produced thanks to an unprecedented partnership with the SeLoger Group and Leboncoin, this rent map, available here, is constantly updated. As a result, it thus reflects changes in the price of housing, continuously. It allows you to enter the price per m2 including charges, throughout France, for houses and apartments in the private rental stock. But beware: this calculation only takes into account unfurnished rentals.
