Lawyer Fabrice Di Vizio, a figure in the anti-sanitary pass movement and conspiratorial circles, was sanctioned on Wednesday October 2 by the Paris Bar Association. He was given a six-month suspended sentence, franceinfo learned from concordant sources. Fabrice Di Vizio’s defense is considering whether to appeal or not.
In the summons to appear addressed to Fabrice Di Vizio, which franceinfo was able to consult in September 2022, the lawyer was accused of “breach of the essential principles […] of the profession of lawyer, dignity, conscience, probity, humanity, honor, brotherhood, delicacy, moderation, courtesy and, with regard to his clients, prudence”. A behavior “impetuous” can “harm” like the legal profession.
