In Turkey, a train connects the country from east to west in a crossing that lasts nearly 32 hours. This trip brings out the beautiful Turkish landscapes.
You knew the Orient Express, the Dogu Express is its Turkish counterpart. Crisscrossing the country from east to west in a 32-hour journey, it introduces those who take it to the most beautiful Turkish landscapes. A tourist says: “The landscapes are constantly changing color.” Each traveler has a cabin and has the possibility of being able to decorate their cabin as they wish. During the trip, the train makes seven stops.
Inside the train, tourists can drink coffee, eat traditional Turkish dishes, party, and even listen to music. The journey being quite long, it is possible to sleep, because the train, which dates from the 90s, has berths which allow travelers to settle down. Some people save many years to be able to finance this particular adventure. This is the case of a retired couple present on board the wagon.
