In Port-au-Prince, hospitals were attacked, the arrival of food was threatened and infrastructure was blocked during the night of Saturday March 9 to Sunday March 10. The capital survives to the rhythm of clashes between armed gangs and police. Frightened, the population continues to flee the country because the gangs have established their social, economic and military domination.
An emergency meeting called
