Job description:
You prepare and cook the dishes from a menu that changes every day, under the responsibility of the chef and in close collaboration with the entire team.
Practical information :
You will work within a team of 3 to 4 people, either on the midday service or on the evening service.
The schedules will be defined with the whole team.
Saturday work with 1 day off during the week.
Your profile :
– Autonomous and versatile
– Organization, responsiveness, speed and quality of execution are the necessary assets for this position.
– Knowledge and sensitivity to organic will be a plus.
– Essential restaurant experience of 3 years (2 years of experience if you hold the CAP cuisine).
– CAP kitchen only desired, but not required.
