An explosion took place around 5:30 a.m. on the morning of Friday March 4 in an apartment building in Aubervilliers (Seine-Saint-Denis), franceinfo learned from the Paris firefighters. It was on the fourth floor of the building located rue André Karman that the explosion took place. The provisional toll is at least three seriously injured and 19 slightly injured.
One hundred and fifty firefighters are mobilized. The fire was quickly brought under control, the effort of the firefighters is now concentrated on the search for possible other victims in the rubble. An advanced medical post has been set up on site, the wounded have already been evacuated to neighboring hospitals.

The gas was cut off in part of the street, neighboring buildings were also evacuated. For the moment, the origin of the explosion is not known.
