Amending finance law: the end of a marathon

A new series of measures with direct consequences on purchasing power. Measures adopted sometimes against the opinion of the majority. On gasoline, the government has entered into a first compromise with LR for the continuation of the fuel discount. The discount will increase from €0.18 to €0.30 in September and October. Then at €0.10 in November and December. The Republicans have also made it possible to record the purchase of RTT by companies and the increase in the ceiling for the tax exemption of overtime. Finally, the measures adopted also include the abolition of the audiovisual license fee and the renationalisation of EDF. The text must be examined by the senators before returning to the National Assembly on August 1.
