Protesters had been restricting access to Alberta’s main border crossing at Coutts since Jan. 29 in protest against mandatory vaccinations and broader health restrictions related to COVID-19.
The convoy left a day after the Royal Canadian Mounted Police arrested 13 people and seized a cache of firearms and ammunition.
More details to come.
