Milk from Alberic Lorain cows is collected in a cooperative and sold to Sodial to make yoghurt, bottled milk or even powdered milk. But with this same milk, Alberic decided to make his own cheeses.

A successful bet for this young farmer who makes a CAMALBERT with raw milk, creamy to perfection.

The adventure is very fresh and for the moment Albéric only sells its cheeses at the farm, every day at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
