The 25-year-old recidivist driver Ludovic Ruest-Labrie is found guilty of having caused the death of “his best boyfriend” by driving drunk after a drunken evening at the Délice restaurant in Lévis.

The accused pleaded guilty Thursday at the Quebec courthouse. He spoke in a low voice and looked downcast. The parents of the victim, Jesse Roberge, were also present during the hearing.
