A snowy awakening in Quebec

The snow continues to fall on Quebec, Saturday morning. Between 5 and 10 centimeters are expected during the day in the south of the province.

Environment Canada specifies on its website that the intensity of the snow should decrease at the end of the day for the regions of Lanaudière, the Laurentians, Montreal and the Outaouais.

About 20 centimeters have fallen in the metropolis since Friday morning.

This broadside causes flight delays and cancellations at Montreal’s Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau airport.

Precipitation could affect visibility on provincial roads. The Sûreté du Québec reported a few road trips on Friday.
