(Quebec) A pedestrian was hit on Tuesday around 1:15 p.m. on Henri-Bourassa Boulevard in Quebec.
The victim, a 69-year-old woman, was unconscious when emergency services arrived on the scene, near rue des Roses. She was transported to a hospital in serious condition and her life was in danger.
The police had to close a portion of the boulevard, between Place des Lys and rue des Roses until 4:40 p.m.
The driver involved, a 75-year-old woman, was interviewed by the police, who will continue their investigation, even if there is nothing to suggest that the incident was of criminal origin.
