TER lines removed due to a lack of drivers, a third of flights per month in January for some companies like Ryanair, or even disruption of garbage collection in Bordeaux (Gironde). At a baker, two employees usually behind the oven are in contact. The boss has been managing all the production alone for a week, which is enough to be a bit confused. “It’s been 14 hours of work”, summarizes Sébastien Hayertz.
