Since around 3 a.m. this Wednesday, April 27, the Free network has been experiencing a major outage in France. It mainly affects the Paris region and the eastern part of the country. The Grenoble region is not spared. Since then, customers of the Free operator have had difficulty connecting.
According to the Univers Freebox website, fiber cuts in Île-de-France on infrastructures that link Paris to other major cities could explain this outage.
However, the number of incidents seems to be down at the end of the morning.
