At least 32 people, including 23 children, died in the attack on a nursery in northern Thailand, in Na Klang, a police colonel in Nong Bua Lamphu province said on Thursday (October 6th). The main suspect, a 34-year-old former policeman, then killed his wife and child before killing himself, a police colonel said.
The attack began at 12:30 p.m. local time (6:30 GMT) in a nursery, before the assailant fled by car and hit several pedestrians, according to Colonel Jakkapat Vijitraithaya. The children killed are between 2 and 3 years old, he said.
