A bakery-art gallery in Bordeaux with the Bakery Art Gallery.

For Sylvie Pallatier, this is her third life and she has been working on it for 10 years on this project. She has put in place a choice of life and the success of developing this passion and doing her job there.
Sylvie went to train with Thomas Chambelland, a big name in baking, to learn the techniques there.

In the bakery, there are breads. made from rice flour, gluten-free pastries and cakes, travel and even a savory range every lunchtime. Breads that are plain, savory or sweet or also discover their cakes or cakes, they have a range of ten on their menu. At noon, the possibility of eating a piece of pie, a sandwich, a salad on a hidden and surprising terrace or coming to drink a coffee or a juice throughout the day.
