Six months of war and endless waiting for the relatives of the hostages kidnapped during the October 7 attacks in Israel. A demonstration demanding their return was held in Paris on Sunday April 7.
Six months after the attacks of October 7, Parisian demonstrators remain mobilizeds to demand the return of people kidnapped by Hamas and taken to Gaza. “It’s important today to be (there?) because we still have 134 hostages”, explains a woman. They all express their hope of seeing the kidnapped loved ones return. On the platform, Sunday April 7, were collectives created after October 7. They are made up of political, religious and artistic personalities, all united behind the same slogan: the release of hostages and the fight against Islamist terrorism.
Three French people among the hostages
Some booed human rights associations‘Hlike. They accuse them of having abandoned the Israelis. “Everyone should be on our side to stop this barbarity”, demands a demonstrator. Three French people are still among the hostages. Their families have not had any news since October 7.
