Looking for vegan products? Located in Montreal, the vegan and eco-responsible chocolate microfactory Choco de Léa offers different options for Easter. In this box of six eggs, each coconut is filled with a surprising filling chosen using the principles of molecular cuisine. Made from organic cocoa produced in Haiti, this duo of dark chocolate bunnies is accompanied by six small figurines inspired by Easter. Here, it is not the rabbit who bites the carrot, but rather the carrot which has made short work of the animal. To release it, children or adults will be forced to eat the vegetable.
