In football I usually work with a camera mounted on a 400mm lens and another housing mounted on a 16-35mm. To achieve a photo like this, one has to quickly switch cameras by performing a small twist of the shoulder with a small “swing” of the wrist to successfully frame and release in a fraction of a second, before the action ends. Nine times out of ten, the photo is not good, but when you succeed in going through all the steps, it’s very satisfying.
