Open or closed for Canada Day?

On the occasion of Canada’s National Day, the schedules of certain services will be modified on Saturday 1er July. Here is an overview to find it.

Open

• Convenience stores, small grocery stores and other small food establishments

• Pharmacies

• Branches of the Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ) except those located in a closed shopping center

• Public transport (STM bus and metro) will operate according to the holiday schedule, as will the trains of the Exo network.

• Collection services in Montreal (household waste, bulky items, recyclable materials, food waste, green waste and dead leaves) will be maintained

• The Botanical Garden, the Biodôme and the Planetarium

• Ecocentres of Montreal

Farm

• SAQ branches that are located in a closed shopping center

• All SQDC branches

• Municipal libraries

• Large food establishments and shopping malls

• Banks and credit unions

• The administrative offices of the City and the borough town halls will be closed from 1er to July 3 inclusively

• The municipal court will be closed from 1er July 3 inclusive. Only the appearances of detainees are maintained at the building at 775, rue Gosford, in Montreal

• Government service outlets, including the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ)

• Canada Post (no delivery on the 1er and July 3)
