Thousands of confidential documents
In the indictment published Friday, June 9, 37 counts. The former president is suspected of having taken thousands of confidential documents when he left the White House. They were found in his Florida residence, stored in an office, or a bathroom. Some contain highly sensitive information about US nuclear programs. Donald Trump refused to return them, despite numerous reminders from investigators.
