Thursday December 9, NRJ 12 proposed the show Inheritances, focused Jean-Luc Delarue. The death of the consequences of cancer of the stomach and peritoneum on August 24, 2012 at the age of 48 of the host-producer, in particular generated a fierce battle around his succession opposing Anissa Khelifi, his last wife to his former partner Elisabeth Bost.
The notary who managed the inheritance was interviewed in this documentary. “Today the estate has been settled”, said Me Fabian Regairaz. “Reservoir Prod was sold for 14 million euros. The apartments are valued at 8 million euros. Therefore, we have a total of 22 million euros.”
An amount divided into two equal parts (i.e. 11 million euros, editor’s note) donated to Anissa Khelifi and her son Jean Delarue-Bost. Except that one detail and not the least did not please the mother and grandfather of the 15-year-old teenager. “Jean had to pay 45% inheritance tax, so that, in the end, he only received a little over 6 million euros”, continued the notary.
Elisabeth Bost will have deployed countless efforts to annul the marriage between Anissa Khel and Jean-Luc Delarue as well as the latter’s will … in vain!
