Laurent Ournac is a new man since he lost a lot of weight, more than 50 kilos thanks to a sleeve gastrectomy (operation which consists in removing part of the stomach). The 41-year-old host and actor revealed that before his operation, he forbade himself a little family fun because of his physical condition.
The one who plays Tom Delormes in the hit series Camping Paradise, produced a special mountain episode in the Morzine area, located in the Alps. During the filming of this episode which will be broadcast on December 6 on TF1, the actor-director received the visit of his family: his wife Ludivine and their children Capucine and Léon (8 and 2 years old). Interviewed by our colleagues from TV Magazine on this occasion, Laurent Ournac made revelations.
“It was the first time Leon went skiing. Capucine already had her first star”, explained the host who now goes behind the camera and learned to ski six years ago. “I felt that the weight was a handicap in this kind of discipline where we spend, at the beginning, a lot of time to fall. I wouldn’t have enjoyed skiing. Now I am more comfortable in my body to move “, he said, happy to be able to enjoy such simple pleasures.
