2h38 per week…that’s the time we spend cleaning…and the most maniacs are the Bretons, it seems!
Yet when we read the promises of household products sold in supermarkets in particular, we have the impression that we are going to become a super hero of cleanliness…
And there is what! between a “decap’ everything”, a 99.9% of microbes destroyed, a super powerful active ingredient + it feels like buying a weapon against dirt. And of course there is nature in all of this with a scent of pine trees, a lemony freshness, I even found a freshness in the morning…I would still like to smell this clean gentleman who smells good in the morning!
Promises but also a cost
Around 250 euros per year for products which are most of the time dangerous for health and the environment (with the exception of eco-labeled products)
I therefore suggest that you go from 250 to 25 euros per year… only with natural products and I reassure you that you don’t need to be an apprentice chemist, it’s BABA… you won’t be able to do everything (dishwashing liquid, toilet gel ..) but almost.
A few ingredients
You need citric acid (anti-limescale), baking soda (absorbs odors, it’s also a mild abrasive), and finally liquid black soap (degreaser).
Fast, economical and ecological ! And don’t forget the white vinegar with water (half and half), it makes a perfect glass or multi-surface product. If you want recipes, we have given you some on your France Bleu Poitou, and I recommend the latest book by Aline Gubri, zero waste specialist, “Ecological without me ruining” at Robert Laffont.
