The French subsidiary of the German pharmaceutical company Merck has announced its indictment for “aggravated deception”, in the file of the change of formula of the drug against thyroid disorders, Levothyrox. “The president of Merck in France has been heard” Tuesday October 18, in Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône), explains the group in a press release, published on Wednesday.
