Faced with the sharp increase in the incidence rate in recent days, Joël Mathurin, the prefect of Morbihan once again imposes the wearing of masks in cinemas, bars, restaurants, fairs, concert halls, museums or even libraries subject to the pass sanitary.
The health situation related to Cond-19 is “degraded“in Morbihan notes the prefecture which” recorded on November 22, 2021 an incidence rate of 146.4 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, against a rate of 26.1 cases on October 22, 2021, i.e. an increase of 461%“. The prefect, in a decree published today, has therefore decided to tighten the conditions for wearing the mask by making it compulsory in places subject to the sanitary pass and after a turn of the screw already taken last week.
The following are now concerned by the wearing of the compulsory mask from November 24 until January 8, 2022:
- concert and performance halls
- multipurpose rooms, except when practicing a physical or sports activity
- cinemas
- marquees, tents and structures
- worship establishments when they host cultural activities
- closed and / or covered sports establishments, except when practicing a physical or sports activity
- gaming rooms, escape-games, casinos
- fairs and exhibitions
- museums and temporary exhibition halls
- libraries
- bars and restaurants when traveling within the establishment
- fairgrounds
- hearing, conference and meeting rooms
