The Bourrec market is set up every Sunday on avenue Pierre Wiehn in Pessac from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. with around 150 traders, producers and various artisans. It is the largest Sunday market on the left bank of the conurbation and you will be able to discover and work on its products with an exceptional chef. Romain Bailly, Head of Chicken Bistroplace des Capucins in Bordeaux, will design and cook a menu for 6 people with market products and a total budget of 30€. Do not miss the appointment: everyone will be able to taste what the chef has prepared!
