More than 55 urban farms and more than 200 vegetable gardens feed tens of thousands of Montrealers every year. But the nurturing city does not stop there: it is transformed, greener and, above all, mobilizes and brings people together around a common project. Éric Duchemin, a lover of the outdoors and the vegetable garden, saw the potential of local food. In collaboration with UQAM, he even created a summer school whose goal is to teach the art of urban agriculture.
