L’Or du Rhin – Great sound and light show
Discover this new show: a story between myth and reality that will lead, across waves, to the ultimate quest for the Rhinegold…
In 1852, the development works of the Rhine, intended to channel the capricious course of the river, are in full swing in Alsace. One day, the construction workers come to the surface of the pieces of gold. In Paris, Frédéric Baumann, a young and brilliant officer, was summoned by the Imperial General Staff: while the French government was in full negotiation with the Germans for the sharing of this treasure, he was entrusted with the mission of organizing the repatriation of gold to the capital.
Frédéric then left Paris for Centre-Alsace, his native region. But barely arrived at the construction site, the news falls: the treasure has been stolen! Yet strictly guarded, gold seems to have purely and simply evaporated. A mysterious affair that Frédéric must solve if he wants to avoid a serious diplomatic incident…
