In eighteen months of investigation, Delphine Jubillar has still not been found. The Cagnac-les-Mines nurse, mother of two divorcing children, disappeared on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020 and the number 1 suspect is her husband, Cédric. While he firmly denies being involved in his disappearance from Seysses prison where he is in pre-trial detention for spousal homicide, the authorities are working to find a trace of his body, which would make it possible to make a huge leap in the ‘affair. A former prisoner of the alleged culprit had made explosive revelations, claiming that he confided in him where the body had been buried. But searches in the indicated area turned up nothing. A neighbor and friend of Delphine Jubillar has another lead to find the body, reported by Release.
Elena (first name changed) is the neighbor of the Jubillar couple and friend of the deceased. Her husband François (his name has been changed), a worker, had been the target of a vicious staging by Cédric Jubillar. He had accused him of having stolen an iron plate, implying that it would have been used to hide his wife’s body. For her part, his wife regularly participates in the hunts to find a trace of the thirty-year-old. She never liked the casualness of Cédric Jubillar, whom she did not find very involved in research with his too clean boots: “The six months after the disappearance, it was a bit tense, she continues. I was a little tired of seeing him arrive in the car, music blasting, good life, with his Havana hat, his chick [Séverine]while we seek, we try to help, and apart from being insulted, taunted, threatened...”
With her friends – whom Cédric calls the “turkeys“, she has a theory: Delphine was buried in a cemetery. Julie (first name changed) remembers this conversation near the Saint-Dalmaze cemetery, four months after Delphine Jubillar disappeared. “He shows me the seals of the graves in the cemetery, he gives me a lecture on clean and dirty seals… And he says to me, ‘yes, unfortunately I know about it’. There is a grave he asks me to help open. He opened a tomb drawer and started laughing, and he said, ‘Fuck, [Julie] thank you, now there are your fingerprints with mine’, and he laughs.” Words she recorded on her phone. The track of the cemetery to which her relatives, the investigators know her. But she is complex, explains a source to Release : “There is nothing more difficult to search than graves. If it has to come to that, it will only be a last resort…“Teams on site have also crisscrossed the area and ultra-sophisticated drones have flown over it, specifies The Dispatch. So far, nothing has come out of these excavations.
Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until the final judgment of this case.
