The Bailia farm takes part in the gourmet market organized by the Chamber of Agriculture on Thursday July 7 in Carresse-Cassaber. At the moment, the flagship flavors are strawberries and raspberries from local production in a short circuit.

The Bailia farm is located in Bardos, near Bayonne in the Basque Country. It is above all a family farm in which dairy cows have been bred for many generations. Since December 2010, in addition to dairy production, the Bailia farm has started making ice cream and sorbets on the farm without artificial coloring or preservatives. At the farm, in addition to ice cream and sorbets, they make frozen desserts such as Vacherins, Norwegian omelettes, frozen verrines, frozen macaroons. The farm in Bardos is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
