This is a first in the history of the Grande Boucle.The Tour de France starts from Copenhagen, Denmark, this Friday. Never has the start been given so much to the north. On the program for this first stage: a 13-kilometre time trial in the streets of the city, passing in particular by the famous Little Mermaid or the Tivoli Gardens. A flat course which has a handful of bends and could make the happiness of the Italian Filippo Ganna, reigning world champion in the discipline.
Detailed time trial timetables
The first runner will start at 4 p.m. Friday July 1, the last at 6:55 p.m. The stage should be completed and the winner crowned at 7:10 p.m.
