The Amiens Thibault Marchand from the Picardy fair

Thibault Marchand grew up in Amiens, where he discovered his passion for pastry and studied there. After several professional experiences abroad, Thibault is now a trainer to share his know-how with professionals.

In this show, we retrace his journey, his participation in “Bake Off: The Professionals” in England and his victory. He revealed to us the recipe for Paris-Brest, lemon meringue pie and a vegan chocolate truffle donut, as interesting as it is surprising.
