Several road obstacles will complicate the movement of motorists this weekend, especially on Highway 25 northbound in the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel, warns Mobility Montreal. Drivers are encouraged to plan their routes.
Autoroute 25 northbound will be completely closed between exit 90 on Autoroute 20 West and the entrance to Notre-Dame Est / Curatteau streets, including the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel, from Saturday 12:30 a.m. to Monday 5 h.
By default, the ramps leading from Route 132 East and West (Exits 89-N) to Autoroute 25 North will be closed on the South Shore, as of 11:30 p.m. Friday. Same scenario for the east and west entrances of boulevard Marie-Victorin, as well as the entrance to rue de l’Île-Charron.
Regarding Autoroute 640 in Terrebonne, traffic will be counter-flow on the west roadway at the rate of one lane in each direction, near the overpass on Route 337, from Friday 10 p.m. to Monday 4 h.
In Boucherville, the service road of Highway 20 westbound will be closed in the interchange at exit 98-E, from Friday 10:30 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m. By default, the ramp from Autoroute 20 West to Autoroute 30 West will be closed, as will the ramp from Autoroute 30 East to Autoroute 20 West.
