Published on Main, a restaurant in Vancouver, won the award for best restaurant this year, followed by the excellent Toronto gourmet table Alo in second place. The St. Lawrence, a Vancouver restaurant dedicated to Quebec and French cuisine, owned by Quebec chef Jean-Christophe Poirier, completes the top 3. Vin Mon Lapin appears in sixth position. The establishment of chef Marc-Olivier Frappier and sommelier Vanya Filipovic has stood out with its expansion, carried out while the dining rooms were closed, its way of making vegetables shine and its daring combinations of local ingredients.
