Benjamin Castaldi unveils a new reality TV show project!

If Benjamin Castaldi was one of the most popular presenters of his generation in the early 2000s, it is also and above all because he hosted the most emblematic and controversial programs of that time. “Loft Story”, “The new star”, “Secret Story”, the son of Jean-Pierre Castaldi has scoured the concepts of reality TV programs with some success. Today a recurring columnist for Touche pas à mon poste, he sometimes puts on the host costume again, especially when he replaces Cyril Hanouna or Matthieu Delormeau at the presentation of “TPMP People”. It will also be this Saturday, May 21 at the presentation of the magazine, following the altercation which opposed the former host of Mag on NRJ 12 and Gilles Verdez.

Several years after the success of animated programs on TF1 or M6, Benjamin Castaldi is in any case preparing to put on his host jacket again, as he announced this Friday, May 20 in TPMP. “There is a project that I was associated with a very short time ago. There’s going to be a metaverse launch with reality show contestants. It’s totally virtual“, he explained, before revealing the name of the show which will be called The Secret Meta. “Tall the context is virtual. Candidates speak with their voice but are digitized. They are avatars. Everyone can appear as they want to appear“, he confided. “I, for example, could appear very tall, very thin and very handsome.“, he slipped mischievously.

Packed by this new project, the ex of Flavie Flament quickly accepted the proposed deal. “It’s going to be crazy! […] I have already said yes to present it“, he told the other columnists present who asked if he intended to present it on C8. “No, it’s digital. It’s like a video game“, he replied. “There’s a big group behind it all. There is a little bit of sorrel“, then clarified Ludivine Rétory.
